Exchange Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, you are not happy with our product, we will exchange the product provided the product you received is damaged. In that case please contact us via email or phone call. However, please note that we do not have any refund policy.

We accept exchange only if the below terms and conditions are met:

  • Exchange request is placed within 7 days of receiving of the product
  • The customer has to bear the expense of sending the product back to us using a courier company.
  • We will ship a new product only after we receive the product sent back by the customer
  • Condition of product received by us should be same and not damaged
